Challenge
Our firm was hired to design and provide construction administration on this 31,000 square foot, two-story, high performance office building that overlooks the Anaconda Hills Golf Course and the City of Great Falls.
The new office combines passive solar strategies to enhance thermal performance while maximizing daylight access and views.
To express the industrial functions of Loenbro, an expansive deck with decorative pipeline columns was constructed along the exterior of the building. The interior was designed to have an exposed steel structure and natural finises to further display this industrial aesthetic. The office features a large conference room, an employee kitchen, and a stunning daylit reception area that captures the industrial look and feel.
