We are working to renovate this 60,000 square foot historic treasure in downtown Great Falls. Our designs will create commercial and residential space from this blighted structure that was gutted in a 2009 fire. Along with issuance of federal tax credits from the US Department of the Interior Historical Preservation Certification, the City of Great Falls has approved a tax abatement plan that is supporting investors as they redevelop this historic landmark.
