We designed a 31,000 square foot, two-story, high performance office building for Loenbro. The design combines passive solar strategies to enhance thermal performance while maximizing daylight access and views overlooking the Anaconda Hills Golf Course and the City of Great Falls.

The office includes an expansive deck with decorative pipe-line columns on the exterior and exposed steel structure and natural finishes on the industrial interior. Their 27,200 SF fabrication shop with attached 3,100 SF support office was completed earlier this year and completes their 52 acre complex.

Loenbro celebrated the completion of their office building on October 21, 2015 with a public open house. KRTV covered the event.
