Cascade County Commissioners approved the purchase of the last remaining privately owned unit in the Executive Plaza and is proceeding with plans to renovate.

Our firm has been hired to lead the renovation and remodel. We’ll take the existing layout of mixed remodels and inefficient stairways and create more space, centralize services and enhance customer wayfinding.

Updates feature a new shared lobby and atrium as well as more office space and storage for primary service areas including elections, treasurer, and clerk and recorder.

“It will be great to have the whole building under county control,” Commissioner Jane Weber said, so that the county can move forward with plans to renovate the building.

The project will be completed over the next three years in three-four phases.
