Challenge

This 7,600 square foot project converted what was originally a restaurant into a 17-exam room urgent care facility for Benefis Health System in Great Falls. The program included a digital radiology suite, lab, procedure rooms and an occupational health center. Thanks to our extensive portfolio of health care projects, we had a general understanding of the operations, movements, and functions of the medical equipment specific to each room. This played a significant role during the Schematic Design Phase by strategizing and creating an efficient layout of the program with the owner.

Cost: $1,287,687

Size: 7,600 SF

Unique: Expanded a two-exam-room facility into a 17-exam-room facility by converting the adjacent restaurant into an immediate care facility.
