Challenge
We designed two pavilions to provide shelter to the picnic table area of the Centene Stadium. The pavilions are located behind the dugout and next to the fan stands. The pavilion was constructed with giant rolled steel beams that support shade tarps. To maximize the fans’ view and add aesthetic, the structural beams were designed to be curved and cantilevered over the picnic space.
Unique: The giant rolled steel beams were custom designed and ordered from an international firm and shipped to Great Falls for this project.
