Challenge

This beautiful, modern medical center celebrates the Montana skyline with a two-story, 350 foot long glass curtain wall. The combination of glass, wood and steel creates a warm and airy environment.

In addition to the reception and waiting areas, the project featured seven specialty departments located on the second floor. These specialties included:

  • Vision Center – Ophthalmology/Optometry
  • Orthopedics / Podiatry
  • Urology
  • Gastroenterology
  • Pain Management
  • Otolaryngology / Audiology
  • General Surgery

This project finished on time and was under budget, exceeding the Clinic’s expectations.

Cost: $17,000,000

Size: 108,000 SF

Unique: Integrated a diverse and highly involved team of administrative professionals and physicians as part of the design team.
