Challenge

The client wanted to renovate the office spaces in the historical Montana Building into spacious, high-end condos. The design included a blend of 21 one- and two-bedroom condos to reflect a new standard for down-town living in Great Falls.

We were able to maximize the space by being creative with the layout of each residence. We added character, value, and quality living to each apartment by converting a window in each condo into a balcony.

We designed a custom awning for the exterior of the building to create a more residential feel for the building.

Cost: $3,000,000

Size: 21 Condos, one- and two-bedroom layouts

Unique: Converting the basement into condo parking required clever planning because of the low-clearances and the existing column placements.
