Challenge
The addition was attached to the old Little Russell school. It now serves as the building and grounds shop for the entire Great Falls School District. The structure was simply, a large pre-engineered metal building that houses an office, a mechanical repair shop, a woodworking shop, a paint booth, storage areas, bus parking and an automotive repair shop.
To make the design more comfortable and energy efficient, the design included in-floor radiant heat throughout the building.

Szie: 16,000 SF
Unique: We designed in-floor radiant heat throughout the building which made the building more comfortable as well as energy efficient.
