Copperview Apartments

Copperview Apartments presented a unique regulatory and design challenge rooted in a decades-old, shared agreement that no longer met current building codes. Rather than compromise the owner’s vision or reduce the project’s development potential, the design team engaged in a collaborative and solutions-oriented process with the City of Great Falls. Together, they forged an innovative compliance path that satisfied updated code requirements without altering the building massing, layout, or amenities the owners envisioned for the site. The result is a project that achieves its intended density, layout, and design.
