Challenge
This project remodeled an existing restaurant and bar into a new and vibrant casino through comprehensive interior renovation and exterior facelift. The design focused on companion gaming and spatial comfort allowing guests to enjoy the gaming experience with friends or in solitude while taking in the comfortable and engaging environment.
The exterior of the building was previously renovated so Nelson Architects redesigned a new main entrance on the southwest corner of the building and integrated the material selection and color palette into the existing facade. The remodel created a seamless update to the exterior of the building while developing a new and elevated experience on the interior.
Unique
The interior remodel maintained the existing kitchen and worked out a new floor plan layout that provides the owner with options of expansion and a larger menu capability if they wish to expand their services in the future.
