Challenge
ADF International is one of the leading designers, engineers, and erectors of steel components for high-rises, bridges, sports complexes, and more. We designed a new, state-of-the-art fabrication shop complete with office space to meet the growing needs of ADF’s internationally renowned company.
The 80,000 square foot shop features leading-edge welding equipment, strategically placed in to maximize efficiency. The adjacent, 10,000-square-foot office complex provides space for administration, engineering, conference rooms, break room and cafeteria, ADA-compliant restrooms and locker rooms, as well as storage areas.
The building was designed to celebrate the roots of ADF with an overall industrial feel, accented with stunning steel artwork and craftsmanship showcased in the reception desk, tailored steel doors, rail work and cabinetry in the break room.
